Wilton (Hooch) Schilling of Akaska, SD draws the winning number this morning for the weekly gun drawing at the Akaska Community Center, and the winner is Carstyn Vetter of Warner, SD. Carstyn wins a Ruger .22 caliber Charger pistol.
