Jerry Reed of Aberdeen/Akaska, SD draws the winning number this morning from the Akaska Community Center, and Jerry drew the number for Chad Halbach of Orchard, IA. Chad wins a Rossi Wizard .308 caliber Rifle. This rifle with its unique stock design allows owners to change barrels and shoot any and all calibers and shotguns.
